About 2014 creative music fireworks competition announcement for Application
Now the competition council decide to collect 18 teams for the contest. The details of the application as below:
The name of the contest: Creative Music Fireworks Competition
The time and Place:
Time: May to Nov. in 2014, the first and third Friday each month, the important Festival will be adjust
Place: Festival Ground
Terms:
1.The competition divide into two seasons, each season shall have 9 teams, The teams should use the theme of romantic Love, family piety， company celebration and Liuyang disseminate etc.
2.The theme must be health
3, Each competition season order of the teams will determined by lottery , The council will adjust the display time if the special circumstances happened.
Require:
1.As the theme is Music Fireworks display, the teams for the contest could add some laser,lamplight or other artistic multielement for the Performance.
2.the duration of the contest is 20 minutes ±5 seconds
3.The quantity of the product is limited by the contest, the products could not more or less than the limited quantity of each team, or it’s will deduct the point by the rules.
4.The teams must provide council the explode idea, technical and music arrangement 45 days before the contest (7 days for first three each season ), the teams will attend the contest after through the arrangement.
scoring criteria of the contest
The grades of Each display include three parts: program grades (20%), the scene grades(30%), concentration grades (50%). Details will publish other time.
Awards and Bonus
each season will have a gold medal that will have 50,000 Yuan awards and a silver medal that will have 30,000 yuan awards
The application and selection of the contest teams.
1. LiuYang city have class A <large fireworks setting off company’s qualification>
2, the teams shall be submitted to the council of the contest application form, and provide the enterprise qualifications, technical strength, equipment power, explode performance, the theme’s name and simple text creative solution etc before registration.

The council will according to the application’s performance, technical power, setting off the creative design, to determine the 9 teams for each season by secret ballot.

Each team of the contest will earned 100,000 yuan allowance.
After determined by the council, the teams must pay 10,000 yuan agreement fee before May.8th 2014, will return back after the display ending.
