Provided that the weights of compositions with specified fireworks do not exceed those specified in APA87-1, a new firework can be placed into UN hazard division 1.4G without the need to have full UN tests performed. In addition, an article that exceeds the weight limits for assignment into a 1.4G classification may be assigned to hazard division 1.3G without laboratory testing, provided that it contains only standard chemicals.<br \/>\n  The safety production of the fireworks in the whole world is an eternal subject under new circumstance, it\u2019s particularly important for us how to strengthen further safety duty management and safety production supervision. It\u2019s also major for us to establish and amplify a system of safety, quality management and safety production process. It\u2019s not only a great challenge to China fireworks industry but also an important subject to world\u2019s fireworks development. We discuss about the production, storage and safety of fireworks, to exchange experience in it\u2019s safety management, to explore the international standards for its\u2019 safety management.<br \/>\n  Traditionally, fireworks have been closely related to celebrations, thus it is widely enjoyed by all people in the world. However, fireworks production is extremely dangerous, and frequent horrible accidents usually arouse fear among people who are engaged in such production. Liuyang, well known as the \u201chome of fireworks\u201d is the biggest fireworks production base. Obviously, to further develop the fireworks industry, we must be sure in safety production instead of prohibiting its manufacture.
