Xiamen to tighten ban on fireworks during Spring Festival 2014 \u00a0\u00a0\u53a6\u95e8\u7d27\u6293\u57282014\u5e74\u6625\u8282\u671f\u95f4\u70df\u82b1\u71c3\u653e<\/p>\n

Fireworks are still strictly prohibited in Xiamen’s Huli and Siming District this year while allowed only in\u00a0parts of the 4 mainland districts, according to Xiamen Fireworks Security Management Team.\u00a0\u6839\u636e\u53a6\u95e8\u70df\u82b1\u7206\u7af9\u5b89\u5168\u7ba1\u7406\u56e2\u961f\u544a\u77e5\u4eca\u5e74\u70df\u706b\u4ecd\u4e25\u7981\u5728\u53a6\u95e8\u6e56\u91cc\u533a\u548c\u601d\u660e\u533a\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u53ea\u5141\u8bb8\u57284\u672c\u571f\u533a\u5185\u71c3\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n

During the period between December 2, 2013\u00a0and February 15, 2014, the authority will launch a series of inspections on fireworks. Police will pay close attention to the illegally setting off fireworks especially on Chinese New Year’s Eve, the 8th February of the lunar calendar and the Lantern Festival.\u00a0\u572812\u67082\u65e5,2013\u5e74\u81f32014\u5e742\u670815\u65e5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u5c06\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u7130\u706b\u71c3\u653e\u68c0\u67e5\u3002\u8b66\u65b9\u5c06\u5bc6\u5207\u5173\u6ce8\u975e\u6cd5\u71c3\u653e\u70df\u82b1\u5e86\u795d\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u65b0\u5e74\u548c2\u67088\u65e5\u519c\u5386\u5143\u5bb5\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n

Setting off fireworks has prompted a lot of concern among the public recently. As the worst smog and haze in decades has shrouded many parts of China, people have become more worried over the possibility of deteriorating air pollution during Spring Festival, traditionally the most important Chinese festival, when people set off fireworks and firecrackers to ward off evil and invite luck.\u00a0\u653e\u70df\u706b\u4fc3\u4f7f\u6700\u8fd1\u5f88\u591a\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002\u968f\u7740\u51e0\u5341\u5e74\u6765\u6700\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u70df\u96fe\u548c\u9634\u973e\u7b3c\u7f69\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u5730\u533a,\u4eba\u4eec\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u62c5\u5fc3\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u6076\u5316\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027,\u5728\u6625\u8282\u671f\u95f4,\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f20\u7edf\u8282\u65e5,\u4eba\u4eec\u5c06\u71c3\u653e\u70df\u82b1\u548c\u97ad\u70ae\u907f\u90aa,\u795d\u613f\u597d\u8fd0\u3002<\/p>\n

Besides concern for air pollution, safety is another concern prompting stricter control of fireworks.\u9664\u4e86\u5173\u5fc3\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3,\u5b89\u5168\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u62c5\u5fe7\u4fc3\u4f7f\u66f4\u52a0\u4e25\u683c\u63a7\u5236\u70df\u82b1\u3002<\/p>\n

In a circular released last month, the State Administration of Work Safety called for intensified supervision of the manufacture, transport, sales, storage and use of fireworks during the Spring Festival holiday to ensure safety.\u5728\u4e0a\u4e2a\u6708\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u901a\u77e5,\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u751f\u4ea7\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u603b\u5c40\u547c\u5401\u52a0\u5f3a\u76d1\u7ba1\u5236\u9020\u3001\u8fd0\u8f93\u3001\u9500\u552e\u3001\u50a8\u5b58\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u70df\u82b1\u5728\u6625\u8282\u5047\u65e5\u671f\u95f4,\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
