鞭炮的由来：
据说鞭炮起源于爆竹。自古以来流传着这样一种说法：很久以前，每年农历除夕的晚上会出现一种叫“年”的猛兽，为了吓退这种猛兽，人们于是在家门口燃烧竹节，由于竹腔内的空气受热膨胀，竹腔爆裂，从而发出巨响， 借此驱赶年兽。随着火药的发明，火药爆竹取代了过去的竹节爆竹。
鞭炮说法上各个历史时期不同，称谓从“爆竹”、“爆竿”、“炮仗”一直到“鞭炮”，在鞭炮烟花之乡的湖南长沙浏阳，人们仍然将体积大、火药多和爆炸力强的单个鞭炮称为“爆竹”。
The origin of the firecracker
It is knows that Firecracker comes from bamboo cracker. Since ancient times, there is saying that long time ago, a beast called “Year” appeared in the Eve of the New Year every year. In order to scared it away, people burned the bamboo joint in front of the house, the air in bamboo is heated cause cavity expansion, the bamboo cavity bursted, caused large noise, people used this to scared away of the Beast. With the invention of gunpowder, gunpowder cracker replaced the bamboo firecrackers in the past.
Firecracker have different saying on various historical periods, the name from “cracker”,”cracker pole”, “cracker rod” and now is called “”firecracker“in the hometown of fireworks in Liuyang Changsha Hunan.People still called the firecracker as cracker which the size is big, lot of gunpowder, and strong explode force.
In the evening of May 9, the sky of Moscow was illuminated by over ten thousand fireworks, this grand display was part of the ceremony to celebrate the 69th anniversary of Russia’s victory in the Great Patriotic War. the fireworks show this year is the largest ever, in order to create a spectacular scene, 72 setting off devices was placed in 16 different places.
”Victory Day” is a national holiday of Russia, at this time of the year, the whole country will held grand military parade and celebrations to commemorate the great day.

俄罗斯胜利日是全民性的节日，全国放假一天，每年的这一天，俄罗斯都要举行盛大的阅兵式和典礼活动，以纪念这伟大的日子。
5月3日，2014年长沙橘子洲周末音乐焰火晚会正式开幕，这也是第五届中国长沙国际音乐烟火大赛的一部分，本次大赛的主题为“橘洲浪漫 璀璨星城”，由中共长沙市委、长沙市人民政府共同主办。
本周六（5月10日），一场主题为《梅竹同春》的烟火表演将隆重上演，本周燃放的是第172场，由浏阳市八仙桥出口礼花厂呈现。
据悉，此次烟火表演的燃放时间为5月10日的晚8:30分至8:50分，整场晚会分为五个篇章，分别为 “序”、“缘曲”、“山咏”、“竹颂”、“寿庆”，主办方希望通过音乐和焰火的方式，表达儿女对父母的感恩之情，表演将在《常回家看看》的音乐声中结束，本周日就是母亲节了，不妨带上父母一起到湘江之畔来观赏一场绚烂的橘洲焰火吧。

Organizers of the event announced that the theme of the display tomorrow is” Plum Flower and Bamboo in Spring ”,Science it’s Mother’s Day on Sunday, the display will express the feeling of gratitude to our parents through the music and fireworks.
The show will last last for 20 minutes from 20:30 to 20:50 in the evening, and it consists of five chapters: Prologue, Song of Predestined Relationship, Chant of Mountain, Anthem of Bamboo, Celebration of the Birth, and it will ends in a song of praise the family and parents.

It is reported by Hunan Daily News on Apr.29th that the reporter known from Liuyang fireworks&firecracker administration bureau, as of April 22, LiuYang have been eliminated 124 “small-mess-bad” firework enterprises, more than 90% people returned to work, the supply for Liuyang fireworks domestic sales has been recorded and order has entered the “golden period”.

据湖南日报4月29日报道(记者 王文隆 通讯员 王继斌 喻发良)记者今天从浏阳市鞭炮烟花管理局获悉，截至4月22日，浏阳市烟花业已淘汰了124家“小乱差”企业,复工率已经超 90%，浏阳花炮国内销售供货备案及订货会也进入了“黄金期”。 浏阳市积极引导烟花行业转型提质，鼓励花炮企业抱团，实施专业化生产和集团化经营，不断提高产品的科技含量和环保安全性能,有效应对市场变化。去年，在政府的引导下，浏阳组建了4大花炮集团。 据悉,到“十二五”末，还要将当前700多家花炮企业“瘦身”为 600家。 据了解，今年以来,浏阳大多数烟花企业正加大力度研制和生产环保烟花。当前一款新 的“无硫发射药”，正在各大花炮企业中推广，它在燃放时只产生一点微烟。在焰火燃放方面，一种规模小、燃放灵活的“微焰火”业务正在浏阳花炮企业中悄然兴起。
印度《商业标准报》4月22日报道，4月7-16日期间，印度烟花行业中心泰米尔纳德邦斯瓦卡斯小镇(Sivakasi)爆发了罢工，原因是工业政策与促进局(DIPP)近期发布的烟花用户收费通知中，对制造爆炸物的各项收费陡增，另一原因是政府无力控制从中国进口烟花 。随后工商部邀请业界代表会谈，会上DIPP同意暂时执行旧规定，而泰米尔纳德邦烟花Amorces制造商协会(TANFAMA)宣布暂时结束对DIPP的抗议。
3月20日DIPP公布的通知规定，存储200吨及以上烟花的年费由1.5万比增至40万卢比，几乎上涨25倍，而200吨以下的存储费增至6.6万卢比。DIPP的通知里还同时宣布给不同种类烟花征收不同名目的税。此外，印度《爆炸物法》规定，任何人试图进口、存储及 销售外国烟花都将受到惩罚。石油和爆炸物安全组织(PESO)至今未颁发燃烧弹的进口许可，而通知里涉及的费用还包括对第7类爆炸物即烟花的进口许可费，人们因此担心PESO会因此改变政策。事实上PESO 的Nagpur办公室新增了一个处理进出口爆炸物和烟花申请的 职位，烟花制造业界对此表示担忧。TANFAMA表示，所有做法清楚表明DIPP是在为从中国自由进口烟花做铺垫。
据称，去年印度从中国进口烟花达30亿卢比，其中大部分是烟花类。有消息称今年销售商下了更多的订单，因而进口有可能翻番。然而印度内政部曾在去年致函各邦政府，指出走私的中国烟花含印度禁止的氯酸钾，非常危险。另外中国烟花价格低廉，对印度烟
花产业造成冲击。
斯瓦卡斯小镇和该邦Virudhunagar区烟花产量约占全国的80%，从业人员约30万人。印度烟花产业年产值300亿卢比，属于劳动密集型产业，安全和火灾隐患严重，过去还因大量雇佣童工饱受诟病。近年来该产业开始实现现代化，安装安全设备，使用
安全技术。而通知产生的额外成本将使企业面临额外的财务压力。
