长沙橘子洲头焰火已经停放一段时间，当平安夜和圣诞节来临时，在橘子洲的两岸停留了不少游客，等待着绚丽的焰火，而他们并没有等到，只能扫兴而归。
“圣诞节没有燃放焰火 那下场是何时燃放呢？”最近据相关人士了解到，尽管圣诞节没有燃放烟花，但是在2014年1月1日晚8点，阔别一段时间的烟花又将与观众见面。据了解，此场焰火主题为“放飞梦想，给力2014”，届时将通过小康之梦、两型之梦、幸福之梦、放飞梦想四个篇章，为观众带来一个精彩绝伦的音乐焰火表演。
据透露，橘子洲在2014年元旦燃放之后，下次燃放要等到2014年1月30日（除夕）晚和2014年2月14日（元宵）晚。
