鞭炮的由来： 据说鞭炮起源于爆竹。自古以来流传着这样一种说法：很久以前，每年农历除夕的晚上会出现一种叫“年”的猛兽，为了吓退这种猛兽，人们于是在家门口燃烧竹节，由于竹腔内的空气受热膨胀，竹腔爆裂，从而发出巨响， 借此驱赶年兽。随着火药的发明，火药爆竹取代了过去的竹节爆竹。   鞭炮说法上各个历史时期不同，称谓从“爆竹”、“爆竿”、“炮仗”一直到“鞭炮”，在鞭炮烟花之乡的湖南长沙浏阳，人们仍然将体积大、火药多和爆炸力强的单个鞭炮称为“爆竹”。

5月9日晚，莫斯科的夜晚被一万多只烟花所照亮，这是俄罗斯为纪念卫国战争胜利69周年而举行的盛大庆典活动，这也是有史以来最大的一次庆祝活动，72个礼花燃放装置将被安放在16个不同的地点，以营造这一壮观的演出。 俄罗斯胜利日是全民性的节日，全国放假一天，每年的这一天，俄罗斯都要举行盛大的阅兵式和典礼活动，以纪念这伟大的日子。
