According to Liuyang Safety Department’s requirment, the local government gave new fireworks production notice to ensure the safety during Spring Festival.
The notice instructed the shutdown and restart date for fireworks production during Spring Festival.
Shut down production stepwise before Spring Festival. Black power & fuse production and star & pumped star production should be shutdown since Jan23. The production for inner tube, shell loading, grouping, adding fuse for shell and loading powder for firecrackers ect Level1.1 procedure should be shut down by Jan26. Other procedures should be shut down by Jan29.
The Government held a video meeting themed in the rule of “Production based on Order”. Point out that all the factories must follow the rule of ”Production based on Order” strictly, record the stock and guide factory organize production properly. Strictly follow “Produce based on Order and Stock” and resolutely prevent over-stock and over-capacity production and storage.
About restart of the production after Spring Festival. The Notice said that export factories can restart production on Feb12 while other factories restart on Feb20. Black powder and fuse production will be restarted stepwise after approved by Safety Inspection Dept.
